Adherium (ASX:ADR) has appointed Brad Wilson as CFO to support its global expansion into value-based respiratory care.

The executive appointment comes as the medical technology business reported a 101% increase in last quarter's accrual-based subscription revenue for its Remote Patient Monitoring platform.

Adherium CEO John Perry said, “Brad Wilson is an accomplished healthcare finance executive whose experience aligns strongly with the next phase of Adherium’s development.”

Wilson brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience across healthcare reimbursement, payer economics, and high-growth digital health businesses.

Prior to joining the business, Wilson held senior leadership roles at PursueCare, FlexCare Infusion Centres, Inception Fertility, Sharecare, and Procter & Gamble.

The company stated that the executive transition will support disciplined capital management, scalable operations, and expansion across US and global markets.

Following the announcement, the Adherium share price was down at $0.070.

The appointment follows recent corporate financing activity, including a $700,000 short-term loan facility from Barvest Ventures and a consolidated $4.7 million term loan.
