
Adherium CEO Dawn Bitz steps down

Adherium (ASX:ADR) announced that CEO Dawn Bitz stepped down for personal reasons after leading the firm for 12 months, with Chief Commercial Officer John Perry appointed as interim CEO.
The transition follows a period of commercial progress that included establishing the firm's remote patient monitoring channel and growing recurring revenues for the Hailie platform.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to sincerely thank Dawn for her leadership and commitment during an important period for Adherium," said Adherium Non-Executive Chair George Baran.
The business stated that Perry brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience and deep commercialisation expertise to the interim executive position.
Following the announcement, the Adherium share price was down at $0.10.
Adherium develops digital health technologies and medical devices focused on respiratory management, notably its FDA-cleared Hailie smartinhaler platform designed for asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
The company operates across New Zealand, Australia, South-East Asian countries, and international markets to support patient care and clinical data monitoring.
