Statics Protocol
About
Statics Protocol is a decentralized finance protocol on mainnet that enables users to create, trade, and manage un-rebalanced crypto asset baskets, collateralized synthetic dollars, and leveraged positions. The protocol allows users to bundle up to sixteen assets into fixed-composition basket tokens that are fully redeemable for their underlying constituents without automated rebalancing or liquidation mechanisms. Users can lock Ethereum collateral to generate USDstx synthetic dollars while retaining leveraged ETH exposure through risk shares. Additionally, the protocol incorporates permanent protocol-owned liquidity funded by trading swap fees and a staking system where participants earn in-kind revenue across up to twelve assets.

Operations
Products and/or services of Statics Protocol
- Asset Baskets: Tokenized bundles holding between one and sixteen cryptocurrency assets created with fixed weights and no automated rebalancing. Holders trade positions as single tokens or redeem them directly for underlying collateral assets to capture arbitrage opportunities.
- Synthetic Dollar Issuance: Decentralized dollar-denominated assets created by locking Ethereum collateral into smart contracts. The resulting stable tokens provide spendable liquidity for trading or payments while allowing collateral depositors to retain leveraged exposure to underlying holdings.
- Leveraged Asset Positions: Synthetic leverage tokens representing directional exposure to underlying collateral assets like Ethereum. Risk shares absorb first-loss price fluctuations without liquidation mechanisms because debt obligations match the collateral asset denomination.
- Unified Position Contracts: Smart contract architecture that bundles tokenized asset baskets, collateralized loans, and synthetic dollar liabilities into transferable single-position tokens that users can manage, transfer, or trade across secondary markets.
- Protocol-Owned Liquidity: Automated liquidity accumulation mechanism that allocates a fraction of trading swap fees into permanent protocol-owned liquidity pools, expanding market depth and reducing slippage as trading volume increases over time.
- Fee-Sharing Staking Module: Staking framework allowing participants to stake governance tokens and select up to twelve reward assets to earn swap fees collected in-kind from decentralized exchange transactions across the protocol ecosystem.
