- Iron Ridge Mine: based in Western Australia, this project is a high-margin, premium, direct-shipping iron ore, boasting exceptional purity and grades, with over 3 million tonnes exported and a steady production rate of 1.3 million tonnes annually.Z
- Shine Iron Ore Mine: Fenix acquired and restarted this project east of Geraldton in 2023. With its 15.1Mt resource, this project provides a shovel-ready opportunity to produce high-quality blended iron ore, starting with 60% Fe hematite and offering future expansion potential.
- Beebyn-W11 Iron Ore Deposit: based in the mid-west of Western Australia, this deposit is a 10 million tonne right to mine, targeting 1.5 million tonnes annually from early 2025, and leveraging existing infrastructure for high-margin, long-term production.
- Twin Peaks Iron Ore Mine: located 200 kilometres north-east of Geraldton, this is a 500,000-tonne ore purchase agreement from Twin Peaks, providing an immediate production boost and leveraging existing logistics infrastructure to enhance near-term export volumes.
- Logistics: Consists of haulauge-road and haulage-rail. The road fleet includes 30 x 200-tonne quad road trains. The rail assets include the Perenjori and Ruvidini rail sidings. This provides access to the Mid-West rail network and direct connection to Geraldton Port.
- Ports: Newhaul Port Logistics owns and operates three large on-wharf bulk material storage sheds at Geraldton Port. Capable of storing more than 400,000 tonnes of bulk commodity and facilitating export of more than 5 million tonnes a year.
