Dymension is a modular blockchain network designed to facilitate the deployment and operation of application-specific rollups, known as RollApps. Built on the Cosmos SDK and leveraging Tendermint consensus, the network functions as a centralized settlement layer that coordinates consensus, state validation, and security for autonomous execution chains. It integrates an Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol to enable seamless interoperability and asset transfers across connected RollApps and external blockchain ecosystems. The infrastructure incorporates an embedded liquidity layer and automated market maker to support cross-chain transaction routing, decentralized trading, and liquidity management across its ecosystem.
