Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS) reported fourth quarter fiscal 2026 results with revenue increasing 25% year over year to $898.2 million and annual recurring revenue reaching $3.771 billion.
The ARR increase included $246 million in net new ARR, while ARR growth excluding the Red Canary acquisition’s $141 million ARR contribution was 20% compared with the prior year.
Zscaler reported fourth quarter non-GAAP operating income of $218.4 million, representing a 24% margin, while GAAP net loss narrowed to $3.4 million.
The company reported full-year fiscal 2026 revenue of $3.353 billion, non-GAAP operating income of $767.1 million, non-GAAP EPS of $4.21, and free cash flow of $779.1 million, representing a 23% margin.
Zscaler provided fiscal 2027 guidance, expecting revenue of $3.908 billion to $3.938 billion, ARR of $4.396 billion to $4.426 billion, non-GAAP operating income of $924 million to $932 million, and free cash flow margin of 23.0% to 23.5%.
