Zoom Communications (NASDAQ:ZM) said it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room, an AI-native go-to-market intelligence platform.

The company said Common Room consolidates customer data and signals into person-level buyer intelligence for revenue teams.

Zoom said the acquisition will enhance its Revenue Accelerator product by adding upstream intelligence on which accounts are in-market and which buyers are relevant.

The combined platform is intended to support the full revenue lifecycle within Zoom’s ecosystem.

Zoom said the deal is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary conditions.

The company continues to expand beyond video communications into AI-driven sales and customer engagement tools.
