ZJK Industrial (NASDAQ:ZJK) reported first-half 2026 financial results, with revenue reaching US$33.74 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, representing a 36.6% increase compared with the prior-year period.

The company said revenue growth was primarily driven by a 35.29% increase in average sales unit price, reflecting stronger demand for higher-value products.

Gross profit increased 16% to US$14.29 million, although gross margin declined to 42.35% from 49.87% due to higher material, labor and production costs associated with more complex product offerings.

Net income decreased to US$5.24 million compared with US$5.84 million in the same period last year, while earnings per share declined to US$0.08 from US$0.10.

The company reported stronger operating cash flow, which increased 28.75% to US$3.19 million. Total cash, restricted cash and short-term investments rose 24.37% to US$23.16 million.

ZJK also highlighted growing opportunities linked to artificial intelligence infrastructure development and liquid cooling technologies.

The company also disclosed that it secured large-volume AI component orders after the reporting period, with deliveries already underway.
