Zentek signs US ZenGUARD licensing deal

Zentek (NASDAQ:ZTEK) said it has secured a pathway to sell its ZenGUARD enhanced air filtration media in the United States through an exclusive eight-year licensing agreement with Applied Silver.
The agreement provides access to EPA-registered silver-based technology that is intended to be used in air filtration applications across multiple industries.
The license covers HVAC systems, cleanroom environments, healthcare facilities, transportation cabin air, and certain respiratory protection products, with manufacturing supported by U.S.-based partner Quality Filters.
ZenGUARD is designed to enhance aerosol disruption while aiming to limit additional energy consumption and extend filter life in air handling systems.
The company said the structure allows commercialization in the U.S. market while leveraging external manufacturing and licensed antimicrobial technology.
Zentek continues to focus on scaling its air filtration and antimicrobial product portfolio across regulated and industrial applications.
