ZenaTech (NASDAQ:ZENA) finalized three strategic acquisitions on Tuesday, marking its inaugural entry into the Canadian market and bringing its total deal count for 2025 to a staggering 19 companies.

The latest round of acquisitions targets the high-growth Drone as a Service (DaaS) sector, integrating established local firms into ZenaTech’s AI-driven aerial platform.

The company acquired Holt Surveying & Mapping, a 40-year-old firm based in Spokane, Washington, which expands its footprint across the Pacific Northwest and Northern Idaho.

In the Midwest, the company added Chicago-based Andrew Spiewak Land Surveyor, a veteran civil engineering and surveying firm with over three decades of experience.

Significantly, ZenaTech closed its first Canadian transaction with the purchase of a commercial window washing firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The move into eastern Canada is designed to pilot the company’s specialized power-washing drone technology, which replaces traditional manual labor for mid-rise building maintenance.

The aggressive "roll-up" strategy appears to be paying off.

In its most recent quarterly report, ZenaTech revealed that the DaaS segment now accounts for 82% of its total revenue, fueling a record 1,225% year-over-year revenue surge.

The company aims to complete a total of 25 acquisitions by mid-2026 to create a dominant, cross-border network for drone-powered surveying, inspection, and industrial maintenance.
