Zegna Group posts €987 million revenue in first half 2026

Ermenegildo Zegna Group (NYSE:ZGN) reported first-half 2026 revenue of €987.3 million, up 6% year over year, with adjusted EBIT increasing to €74.5 million.

Revenue growth was driven by direct-to-consumer sales, which increased 12% on a reported basis and 16% organically, while total organic revenue growth reached 9% during the period.

The company reported profit of €28.4 million compared with €47.9 million in the first half of 2025, when results included €27.8 million of non-cash gains from fair value remeasurement of non-controlling interest put option liabilities, while adjusted EBIT margin increased to 7.5% from 7.4%.

Ermenegildo Zegna Group reported net cash surplus of €59.6 million at June 30, 2026, compared with €52.1 million at December 31, 2025.

Ermenegildo Zegna Group operates luxury fashion brands and manages businesses across apparel, accessories, and textile production.

The company stated that its Zegna segment adjusted EBIT margin increased by 50 basis points to 14.8%, while management said it continues focusing on long-term growth amid uncertain macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions.
