York Space Systems (NYSE:YSS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a privately held provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions.
The acquisition, backed by investment firm Rochefort, underscores a strategic push by York to expand its internal capabilities in manufacturing critical communications infrastructure tailored for U.S. national security and defense missions.
Financial metrics of the transaction were not disclosed.
Upon completion of the transaction, ALL.SPACE will transition into a wholly owned subsidiary of York Space Systems, maintaining its focus on high-performance terminal technology.
The transaction is projected to close during the third quarter of 2026, contingent upon the receipt of required regulatory clearances and the satisfaction of standard customary closing conditions.
