  • Yarrow Bioscience completed its merger with VYNE Therapeutics and closed private financings totaling approximately $200 million.
  • The combined company will trade on Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker YARW starting July 28, 2026.
  • Yarrow said the funding will support development of its YB-101 antibody therapy for autoimmune thyroid diseases.

Yarrow Bioscience (NASDAQ:YARW) completed its merger with VYNE Therapeutics and closed previously announced private financings totaling approximately $200 million to support its biotechnology development programme.

The combined company will operate under the Yarrow Bioscience name, with shares expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on July 28, 2026, under the ticker symbol YARW.

“Yarrow is emerging with multiple value drivers anchored by YB-101, our potentially first-in-class anti-TSHR antibody, and the opportunity to address two significant market opportunities in GD and TED with a single product candidate,” said Yarrow Bioscience President and Chief Executive Officer Rebecca V. Frey.

Yarrow’s lead candidate, YB-101, is an anti-thyroid stimulating hormone receptor monoclonal antibody designed to target Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease, and the company has started dosing patients in a Phase 2a/2b trial with data from the Phase 2a portion expected in the second half of 2027.

The company said YB-101 has received Fast Track Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, while its licensing partner Changchun GeneScience Pharmaceutical is conducting Phase 1 trials of the therapy in China.

Yarrow Bioscience is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing therapies for autoimmune thyroid diseases, including Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease.

The company said its funding provides cash runway into 2028 and will support continued clinical development of YB-101, while future trial results will guide further development plans for the therapy.
