
XPENG delivers $2.91B revenue in Q2
- XPENG (NYSE:XPEV) reported Q2 2026 total revenues of RMB19.74 billion (US$2.91 billion), an 8.0% year-over-year increase.
- The company posted a gross profit of RMB4.08 billion, alongside a net loss of RMB1.34 billion.
- The company stated it signed a US$900 million share subscription agreement for its Dogotix subsidiary to fund future expansion.
XPENG (NYSE:XPEV) reported a second-quarter total revenue of RMB19.74 billion (US$2.91 billion) driven by strong vehicle sales.
This result represents an 8% year-over-year increase and a 51.5% sequential jump from the previous quarter.
Vehicle sales generated RMB17.05 billion, while technical R&D services and other segments contributed an additional RMB2.70 billion.
Despite posting a gross profit of RMB4.08 billion, the automaker still recorded a net loss of RMB1.34 billion.
Following the announcement, XPENG's share price was down at $11.59.
The automaker ended the quarter with RMB40.48 billion in cash and recently signed a US$900 million Dogotix share subscription.
The company stated it expects third-quarter vehicle deliveries to hit 115,000 to 121,000 units with revenues reaching RMB23.4 billion.
