Wrap Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:WRAP) announced a strategic transaction securing exclusive United States and NATO commercialization rights to Frenel Imaging’s physics-based artificial intelligence sensing technology.

The high-tech detection system serves as the core perception layer for WrapShield, the company's newly introduced autonomous public-safety and counter-unmanned aircraft systems operating platform.
