The dividend will be paid on September 29, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026, extending a dividend payment history that dates back to 1968.

The board also appointed Brad Southern, former Chairman and CEO of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, to its board of directors as part of its governance update.
