Woodside Energy Group (NYSE:WDS) reported third-quarter 2026 operating revenue of $4.28 billion, up 2% sequentially, supported by stronger LNG prices and higher production.

Revenue increased 27% from a year earlier, while quarterly production rose 12% sequentially to 46.2 million barrels of oil equivalent following completed maintenance.

“Increased quarterly operating revenue reflected increased production and strong realised prices,” said CEO Liz Westcott, citing reliable operations amid volatile energy markets.

Realised LNG prices increased 27% to $84 per barrel of oil equivalent, while operational reliability exceeded 99% at Pluto LNG, North West Shelf and Sangomar.

Woodside narrowed its 2026 production forecast to 174 million–181 million barrels of oil equivalent while maintaining capital expenditure guidance of $4 billion–$4.5 billion.

The Scarborough LNG project reached 99% completion, with first cargo targeted for 2026, while Trion and Louisiana LNG remained on budget for 2028 and 2029 start-ups.

Woodside agreed to sell its 70% operated Calypso interest to BP and plans to reduce its Beaumont New Ammonia investment following a strategic review.
