
WISeKey reports 115% first-half revenue growth
- WISeKey reported preliminary H1 2026 revenue of approximately US$11.4 million, up 115% from H1 2025.
- The company held approximately US$495 million in cash and short-term investments with no debt at June 30, 2026.
- WISeKey reaffirmed its forecast for 50%–100% full-year revenue growth, supported by SEALSQ’s estimated pipeline above US$225 million.
WISeKey (NASDAQ:WKEY) reported preliminary H1 2026 revenue of approximately US$11.4 million, up 115%, while its cash and short-term investments reached about US$495 million with zero debt.
The increase compared with H1 2025 and reflected revenue across the company’s post-quantum semiconductor, digital identity and public-key infrastructure businesses, although the figures remain unaudited.
Subsidiary SEALSQ reported an estimated commercial pipeline exceeding US$225 million through 2029, while WISeKey signed a non-binding agreement covering a potential US$575 million Quantisimo combination targeted for first-quarter 2027.
WISeKey also reaffirmed its forecast for 50%–100% revenue growth in FY 2026, subject to market conditions and pipeline conversion.
During the first half, WISeSat filed its Form F-4 for the Columbus Acquisition combination, Quantix began operations in Spain, SEALSQ acquired MiraEx and the group co-led Quobly’s US$130 million Series A financing.
Shareholders also approved every board proposal at the June 29 annual meeting, while WISeKey signed an agreement to move its holding-company domicile from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands, subject to the proposed transaction process.
