Winnebago Industries (NYSE:WGO) reported fiscal 2026 third-quarter net revenues of $698.7 million, down 9.9% year over year, with gross margin steady at 13.6%.
The decline implies prior-year third-quarter revenue of about $775.5 million, while the latest quarter showed growth in Motorhome RV revenue and weaker Towables and Marine sales.
GAAP EPS was $0.51, while adjusted EPS was $0.66.
Motorhome RV revenue rose 10.1%, while Towables and Marine revenue declined, and first-nine-month operating cash flow improved to $26.2 million.
Following the announcement, Winnebago's share price was down at $27.27.
Meanwhile, Winnebago updated fiscal 2026 guidance to net revenues of $2.65 billion to $2.75 billion and reported EPS of $1.05 to $1.40.
The company also reduced its adjusted EPS guidance range to $1.65 to $2.00 and said its board approved a $0.35 quarterly dividend.
