Williams-Sonoma (NYSE:WSM) reported second-quarter 2026 comparable brand revenue growth of 6.2%, with GAAP operating income reaching $449 million and operating margin of 22.9%.
The company’s GAAP gross margin increased to 51.6%, up 450 basis points year over year, supported by tariff refunds, vendor concessions, occupancy leverage, and supply chain efficiencies.
Williams-Sonoma reported GAAP diluted earnings per share of $2.84, up 42% year over year, while non-GAAP diluted EPS increased 5% to $2.10 and merchandise inventories reached $1.45 billion.
The company reported $563 million in GAAP selling, general, and administrative expenses, up 5% year over year, while operating cash flow reached $696 million after collecting $200.2 million in tariff refunds and related interest.
Meanwhile, Williams-Sonoma maintained liquidity of $1 billion in cash and returned $90 million to shareholders through dividends during the quarter while operating its portfolio of home furnishing brands.
