WhiteFiber (NASDAQ:WYFI) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $28.8 million, up 54% year-over-year, supported by Cloud Services revenue of $23.8 million and Colocation revenue of $4.7 million.
The company’s revenue growth compared with the prior year was driven by higher cloud activity and colocation demand, while results included approximately $12.3 million from a previously disclosed customer termination.
WhiteFiber reported gross profit excluding depreciation and amortization of $17.1 million, representing a 59.4% margin, while operating loss was $9.3 million and net loss was $15 million, or $0.39 per diluted share.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 69% to $5.5 million, while the company recorded a $5 million impairment of capitalized software during the quarter.
WhiteFiber moved its NC-1 data center in North Carolina into active customer deployment, with initial billing started and full contracted run-rate on 40 MW expected later in August.
The company reported approximately $932.9 million in colocation remaining performance obligations and more than $540 million in new multi-year Cloud Services contracts, including GPU deployments involving NVIDIA systems in Paris, Canada and Iceland.
