Wayfair revenue skyrockets 7.5% to $3.52 billion

Wayfair (NYSE:W) reported second-quarter net revenue of $3.52 billion, up 7.5%, as U.S. revenue increased 8.7% to $3.13 billion.

Revenue exceeded the $3.47 billion analyst estimate, while adjusted EPS of $0.95 topped the $0.90 consensus forecast.

Operating income rose to $104 million from $17 million, while free cash flow reached $301 million and adjusted EBITDA totalled $242 million.

Following the announcement, Wayfair's share price was up 5.3% at $89.31 in premarket trading.

Meanwhile, active customers increased 3.3% to 21.7 million, orders delivered rose 6% to 10.6 million and average order value reached $332.

Wayfair is also expanding physical retail through planned stores in Pittsburgh and Princeton, alongside existing and previously announced locations across the United States.
