Watsco (NYSE:WSO) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $3.30 per share on its Common and Class B shares, continuing its long-running shareholder payout program.

The decision reflects steady cash generation in its HVAC/R distribution business compared with earlier periods of slower construction-related demand cycles.

The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of July 16, 2026.

Watsco said it has maintained dividend payments for 52 consecutive years, supported by a strategy focused on cash flow sharing and a conservative balance sheet.

The company said it continues to invest in expanding its North American HVAC/R distribution network and digital engagement tools.

Watsco added that it currently engages approximately 74,000 contractors through its digital platforms and is developing AI-driven initiatives to support operations.
