Waterdrop (NYSE:WDH) reported second quarter 2026 net operating revenue of RMB1,448.2 million, up 72.8% year-over-year, and announced a US$0.03 per ADS dividend alongside a new US$50 million share repurchase program.

The company’s insurance-related income increased 80.5% year-over-year to RMB1,333.2 million, while operating profit reached RMB111.3 million, representing a 14.3% increase from the prior year.

Digital clinical trial solution income increased 26.8% year-over-year to RMB35.2 million, while crowdfunding service fees declined 5.7% to RMB63.6 million during the quarter.

Net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders was RMB125.8 million, compared with RMB140.2 million in the same period last year, while cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB2,652.7 million as of June 30, 2026.

Waterdrop operates technology platforms focused on insurance services, healthcare support, and digital clinical trial solutions, with the company continuing to expand its insurance-related business.
