DTS, a VPG (NYSE:VPG) company, has officially released the SLICE6 AIR-TC, a data acquisition module designed specifically for advanced flight testing and harsh aerospace environments.
This new hardware integrates 24 thermocouple channels into a compact 42 × 42 × 13 mm package that weighs only 50 g.
The module provides real-time Ethernet streaming at speeds up to 2k sps per channel while supporting IEEE 1588/PTPv2 time synchronization.
Engineers can operate the device in extreme temperatures ranging from approximately -40°C to +80°C to ensure accuracy during flight operations.
The company stated that the module is expected to lower overall payload size and testing costs for aerospace clients.
