- Vox Royalty (NASDAQ:VOXR) agreed to sell its capped gold offtake stream on i-80 Gold assets for $4.8 million in i-80 Gold shares.
- The stream carried a value of about $2.6 million and generated $270,000 net margin in Q1 2026.
- The company said closing is expected before June 30, 2026.
Vox Royalty (NASDAQ:VOXR) agreed to sell its capped gold offtake stream tied to i-80 Gold assets for $4.8 million, with consideration payable entirely in freely tradeable i-80 Gold common shares.
The transaction reflects a monetisation of a streaming asset within Vox Royalty’s portfolio of royalties and precious metals-linked cash flow interests.
The company stated that the stream had a carrying value of about $2.6 million at the time of the agreement.
Vox Royalty also reported that the asset generated $270,000 in net margin during the first quarter of 2026, before the divestment.
The company said closing of the transaction is expected before June 30, 2026, subject to standard completion conditions.
The consideration will be received in equity rather than cash, which links the outcome of the sale to the future market performance of i-80 Gold shares.
Vox Royalty said the transaction forms part of its broader approach to managing its portfolio of streaming and royalty interests across mining assets.
