Visteon (NASDAQ:VC) reported second-quarter sales of $960 million, with net income of $49 million and diluted EPS of $1.80.

Sales declined slightly from $969 million, while adjusted EBITDA fell from $134 million to $116 million.

Visteon said launch ramps and regional execution delivered 4% growth over market, with 24 product launches across 11 customers.

Operating cash flow reached $37 million, free cash flow was $12 million and the company ended June with $351 million in net cash.

Following the announcement, Visteon's share price was down 0.9% at $103.16 in premarket trading.

Visteon initiated a $200 million accelerated repurchase under its $800 million authorization, with completion expected early in Q4 2026.

The company secured approximately $2 billion in new business as it continued investing in cockpit electronics, software and vehicle-computing products.
