
Village Farms cannabis sales hit $53.5 million record

Village Farms (NASDAQ:VFF) reported Q2 2026 consolidated net sales of $64 million, up 7% year over year, as cannabis revenue reached a record $53.5 million.
The company’s results improved from the prior year as cannabis operations delivered higher sales, stronger margins and increased international export activity.
The cannabis segment generated a gross margin of 51%, compared with 42% a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations reached $15.3 million, representing 28.5% of cannabis sales.
International cannabis exports reached a record $20.9 million, increasing 74% year over year and 43% sequentially, while the company ended the quarter with $73 million in cash.
Village Farms also raised approximately $15 million gross through a registered direct offering of 7.5 million shares and is continuing expansion projects in the Netherlands and at its Delta 2 greenhouse.
The company said the Netherlands project is targeted to add about 10 tonnes of annual cannabis capacity, while Delta 2 is expected to reach about 40 tonnes by mid-2027.
