Viking Holdings (NYSE:VIK) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.19 billion, up 16.5% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA increasing 18.2% to $748.4 million.

The company’s gross margin increased 15.7%, adjusted gross margin rose 16.3%, and net yield increased 6.2% to $645 compared with the same period in 2025.

Viking reported diluted EPS and adjusted EPS of $1.31 for the second quarter, while net leverage stood at 1.2x as of June 30, 2026.

Viking reported that 96% of its 2026 core product capacity passenger cruise days had been sold and 53% of its 2027 capacity passenger cruise days had been sold as of August 9, 2026.

The company continues to operate cruise products across river, ocean and expedition segments, with bookings remaining a key indicator of future capacity utilization.

Viking’s second-quarter results reflect revenue growth, higher margins and increased adjusted EBITDA compared with the prior-year period.
