Veradermics presents VDPHL01 age data from 519 men

• Veradermics presented an age-based subgroup analysis from its 519-patient Study ‘302’ of VDPHL01 in male pattern hair loss.
• Veradermics shares were down 14.45% at $105.83 in premarket trading following the announcement.
• The company expects results from its second male trial in H2 2026 and its female registration trial in H1 2027.

Veradermics (NYSE:MANE) presented age-based VDPHL01 data from Study ‘302,’ a 519-patient trial in males with mild-to-moderate pattern hair loss.

The subgroup analysis compared efficacy and safety in males younger than 40 with participants aged 40 or older.

Overall results announced in April showed hair-count increases of 30.3–33.0 hairs/cm² with VDPHL01, compared with 7.3 hairs/cm² for placebo.

The data were presented by poster on July 16, with an oral presentation scheduled for July 17 at the AAD Innovation Academy.

Following the announcement, Veradermics' share price was down 14.45% at $105.83 in premarket trading.

Veradermics said topline results from Study ‘304,’ its second Phase III male trial, are expected during the second half of 2026.

The company also expects Study ‘306’ female-pattern-hair-loss results in the first half of 2027, following positive Study ‘207’ data.
