
VCI Global (NASDAQ:VCIG) reported fiscal 2025 revenue of $26.1 million, down 6.2%, and a net loss attributable to shareholders of $30.3 million.
Revenue declined from $27.8 million in 2024 as business strategy consultancy revenue fell 29.3% to $10.5 million.
Technology development, solutions and consultancy revenue increased 13.3% to $12.9 million, while interest income rose 88.1% to $2.3 million.
VCI Global recorded negative EBITDA of $27.5 million as employee benefits reached $17.3 million, IT expenses rose to $5.7 million and service costs increased to $6.8 million.
Following the announcement, VCI Global's share price was down 5.1% at $2.03 in premarket trading.
Operating cash flow was $2.6 million, while cash and equivalents fell to $940,000 despite $66.2 million of financing inflows.
VCI Global previously forecast fiscal 2025 revenue of about $47.3 million before disposing of V Capital Consulting Group under a $33.98 million agreement.
