
Valens revenue rises 6% to $18.1 million

Valens Semiconductor (NYSE:VLN) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $18.1 million, up about 6% year-over-year and above its $17.2–$17.6 million guidance.
Revenue increased from $16.9 million in Q1 2026 and $17.1 million in Q2 2025, while GAAP gross margin declined to 61.5% from 63.5% a year earlier.
Valens raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $78–$81 million and said Q3 revenue should reach $21.3–$21.7 million, with gross margin of 60%–62%.
Following the announcement, Valens Semiconductor's share price was up about 0.9% at $1.68 in the latest trading.
Valens ended June with $83.4 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term deposits, while CIB generated $13.1 million of revenue and Automotive contributed $5.0 million.
The company also advanced four Automotive design-win programs toward production, introduced a USB3 and 4K video reference design, and secured Barco as a customer for its HDBaseT chipsets.
