
USANA Health Sciences (NYSE:USNA), a global leader in nutritional supplements and wellness products sold through direct selling, today announced preliminary fiscal year 2025 net sales results and its initial net sales outlook for fiscal 2026 ahead of its presentation at the 28th Annual ICR Conference.
The company currently expects consolidated net sales for fiscal 2025 to reach approximately $925 million, surpassing its most recent guidance of approximately $920 million.
For fiscal 2026, USANA issued initial net sales guidance in the range of $925 million to $1 billion.
The outlook incorporates the following segment expectations.
Core USANA nutritional business expects between $720 million to $765 million in sales (compared with preliminary fiscal 2025 net sales of approximately $777 million).
Hiya (children’s health and wellness) anticipates between $140 million to $155 million in sales (compared with approximately $132 million in 2025)
Additionally, Rise Wellness (personal care and beauty) expects between $65 million to $80 million in sales (compared with approximately $16 million in 2025).
Management noted that fiscal 2026 is a 52-week year, one week shorter than fiscal 2025, which will impact the core nutritional business.
