United Maritime revenue reaches $10 million in Q2

United Maritime (NASDAQ:USEA) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $10.0 million, with net income of $1.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of $5.2 million.

Revenue remained near the prior-year quarter despite fewer ownership days caused by fleet repositioning, while fleet time charter equivalent increased to $18,654 per day from $15,421 per day.

United Maritime reported adjusted net income of $1.5 million in the quarter, compared with $0.2 million a year earlier, and generated approximately $29.5 million in liquidity during 2026 from vessel sales and exiting an offshore investment.

The company declared its 15th consecutive quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share.

For the first six months of 2026, United Maritime reported net revenue of $17.9 million, net income of $1.0 million and adjusted EBITDA of $8.4 million.

The company ended June 30, 2026 with $12.1 million in cash, $53.3 million in shareholders’ equity, $94.2 million in financial liabilities and a fleet book value of $143.5 million as it expands its Capesize vessel strategy.
