TTM agrees $1.1 billion Epiq acquisition

TTM Technologies (NASDAQ:TTMI) agreed to acquire Epiq Design Solutions for approximately $1.1 billion in cash to expand its integrated electronics portfolio.

TTM said Epiq adds software-defined radios, RF products and space computing technology for defense applications, including missile defense, electronic warfare and ISR.

TTM cited a 17.4x synergy-adjusted expected 2027 adjusted EBITDA multiple, with committed financing from JPMorgan, Bank of America and Barclays.

TTM expects 2.3x net leverage at closing and targets 1.5x–1.7x within 12–18 months.

Following the announcement, TTM Technologies' share price was up 0.9% at $140 in pre-market trading.

TTM reported record Q2 2026 sales of $1 billion, with Aerospace and Defense representing 37% and program backlog exceeding $1.7 billion.

TTM is also pursuing European acquisitions and plans $1.2 billion of Data Center and Networking capacity investments between 2025 and 2029.
