Truist Financial (NYSE:TFC) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $5.23 billion and EPS of $1.08, matching profit expectations but narrowly missing revenue forecasts.
Revenue was $10 million below the $5.24 billion consensus, while EPS was one cent below the $1.09 reported in Q1.
Total assets reached $556 billion at June 30, rising $7 billion from $549 billion at the end of March.
The bank published detailed quarterly schedules and non-GAAP reconciliations alongside the release for investors reviewing its operating performance.
Truist entered Q2 after reporting 36.3% growth in investment banking and trading income and raising its 2026 share-repurchase target to $5 billion.
Meanwhile, Michael Lyons will become CEO on September 1, while Bill Rogers will serve as executive chair until his planned April 2027 retirement.
