
Trimble revenue nears $1 billion after 11% rise

Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $972 million, up 11% year-over-year and 10% organically, with annualized recurring revenue reaching a record $2.51 billion.
The company’s revenue exceeded its previous Q2 outlook range of $938 million to $963 million, while profitability was affected by a $562 million goodwill impairment in the Transportation and Logistics segment.
During the period under review, Trimble reported GAAP operating income of $132 million, non-GAAP operating income of $260.6 million, adjusted EBITDA of $278 million, and GAAP net loss of $471.7 million, or $(2.02) per diluted share.
Elsewhere, the company reported non-GAAP net income of $200.3 million, or $0.86 per diluted share, and first-half 2026 free cash flow of $501.8 million while raising its full-year revenue and earnings guidance.
Trimble also approved a new $1 billion share repurchase authorization, replacing its previous program that had $608.2 million remaining, as the company continued expanding its software and recurring revenue businesses.
