Adjusted EBITDA rose 8% to $269 million, while adjusted diluted EPS increased 14% to $1.88 from $1.65.
Gross VOI sales increased 6% to $693 million, VPG rose 2% to $3,318 and shareholder returns totaled $125 million.
Following the announcement, Travel + Leisure's share price lacked a verified post-release quote, after closing up 1.1% at $73.35.
Vacation Ownership revenue rose 6% to $907 million, while Travel and Membership revenue declined 5% to $157 million.
Travel + Leisure said its Yes& and Spinnaker transactions carry a combined $343 million upfront price and add over 100,000 owners.
