
Townsquare reveals $41.8 million quarterly loss

Townsquare Media (NYSE:TSQ) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $115.4 million and a $41.8 million net loss, mainly reflecting non-cash FCC licence impairments.
Revenue was nearly unchanged from $115.4 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA declined 6.2% to $24.8 million.
Digital Advertising revenue rose 11%, total digital revenue increased 5%, and adjusted net income reached $3.7 million despite weaker Broadcast Advertising sales.
Meanwhile, Townsquare maintained 2026 revenue guidance of $425–$431 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $87–$90 million.
Elsewhere, digital operations generated 57% of first-half revenue and 59% of segment profit, while the company’s advertising platform covered 115 U.S. markets.
The board also approved a $0.20 quarterly dividend payable November 2, which the company said represented an estimated yield of approximately 13% at the previous closing price.
