Tilray Q1 revenue rallies 23% to $257.1 million

Tilray Brands (NASDAQ:TLRY) reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 net revenue of $257.1 million for the period ended August 31, up 23% from the prior-year quarter.

Gross profit increased 35% to $77.5 million and gross margin improved to 30% from 27%, while beverage revenue rose 82% to $101.5 million following the BrewDog acquisition.

Cannabis revenue declined to $56.1 million from $64.5 million, while distribution revenue increased 14% to $84.3 million.

Tilray reported a net loss of $40 million, or $0.32 per share, compared with net income of $1.513 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA fell to $9.2 million from $10.2 million.

The company reaffirmed fiscal 2027 adjusted EBITDA guidance of $68 million–$75 million and said it reduced outstanding debt by $42 million fiscal year to date.

Tilray ended the quarter with $221.4 million in cash, restricted cash and marketable securities, providing liquidity as it integrates acquired beverage operations and manages its debt balance.
