Tecnoglass declares $0.15 Q2 dividend amid commercial backlog execution

Share

Tecnoglass (NYSE:TLGS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the second quarter of 2026.

The dividend reflects an annualized payout rate of $0.60 per share.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2026, will be eligible for the distribution, with the cash payment scheduled to be disbursed on July 31, 2026.

The Barranquilla, Colombia-headquartered manufacturer, which manufactures high-end aluminum and vinyl windows alongside architectural glass, enters the second half of the year backed by steady operational performance.

The company recently reported a robust $1.36 billion project backlog and plans to expand its industrial footprint with new physical facilities in the United States, helping to counter ongoing global currency and raw aluminum material headwinds.

The steady layout of the capital return program highlights management's focus on structured cash allocation.

The steady dividend distribution comes on the heels of first-quarter earnings that surpassed consensus estimates, driven by structural demand across the premium global residential and commercial construction end markets.
