
TDS revenue rallies 3.6% to $309.3 million

Telephone and Data Systems (NYSE:TDS) reported Q2 2026 continuing-operations revenue of $309.3 million, up 3.6%, while attributable net income reached $260.6 million.
Revenue increased from $298.5 million a year earlier, when TDS recorded a $6 million continuing-operations loss attributable to common shareholders.
TDS Telecom lowered 2026 revenue guidance to $1–$1.025 billion and raised capital spending guidance to $625–$675 million while maintaining adjusted EBITDA guidance of $310–$330 million.
Following the announcement, Telephone and Data Systems' share price was down 2.25% at $35.19 in premarket trading.
TDS Telecom added about 66,000 marketable fiber addresses and 15,100 residential fiber customers during Q2, while residential fiber revenue increased 13% year over year.
Elsewhere, Array increased 2026 revenue guidance to $205–$215 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $220–$235 million after completing about $1.16 billion of Q2 spectrum sales, while TDS’s proposal to acquire Array’s remaining public shares remains non-binding.
