
Teamshares Q2 revenue rockets 20% to $148.7m

Teamshares (NASDAQ:TMS) reported second-quarter revenue of $148.7 million, up 20%, while net income improved to $9.5 million from a $12.9 million loss.
SME segment revenue increased 20% as acquisitions and 3.4% organic growth contributed, while SME segment EBITDA rose 47% year over year.
Adjusted EBITDA rose 166% to $9.6 million, while Pro Forma adjusted EBITDA reached $9.8 million and LTM Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA totaled $21.2 million.
Following the announcement, Teamshares' share price was up 14.6% at $8.75 in premarket trading.
The June business combination and PIPE generated $132.4 million in gross proceeds, while Teamshares repaid $54.5 million of debt during and after Q2.
Teamshares reaffirmed its $60 million 2026 Pro Forma Adjusted EBITDA target and said about $30 million of annual SME EBITDA is currently under non-binding acquisition LOIs.
