
TD SYNNEX sales surge 37.7% year over year to $21.6 billion

TD SYNNEX (NYSE:SNX) reported record financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended August 31, 2026, with revenue and profitability exceeding the company’s expectations.
Revenue reached $21.6 billion, representing a 37.7% increase year over year and a 38.4% increase on a constant currency basis.
Non-GAAP gross billings totaled $31.8 billion, increasing 40% year over year and 40.5% in constant currency, exceeding the high end of TD SYNNEX’s outlook.
Operating income increased to $643 million, up 67.6% year over year.
Non-GAAP operating income rose 55.1% to $736 million.
Operating margin was 2.98%, while non-GAAP operating margin reached 3.42%, representing year-over-year improvements of 53 basis points and 39 basis points, respectively.
Diluted earnings per share totaled $5.18, while non-GAAP diluted EPS was $5.68, increasing 58.7% year over year and exceeding the company’s guidance range.
During the period under review, TD SYNNEX returned $139 million to shareholders through approximately $100 million in share repurchases and $38 million in dividend payments.
The company also announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.48 per common share, representing a 9% increase from the prior year.
