
Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ:TTWO) reported fiscal Q1 2027 GAAP net revenue of $1.53 billion, up about 2%, while net bookings fell 3% to $1.39 billion.
Net bookings nevertheless exceeded the company’s previous $1.32–$1.37 billion guidance range, while recurrent consumer spending bookings declined 1% and represented 84% of the total.
The GAAP net loss widened to $34.1 million from $11.9 million, including a $43.4 million impairment tied to an unannounced third-party-developed title that Take-Two stopped developing.
NBA 2K, Grand Theft Auto, Toon Blast, Match Factory and Empires & Puzzles were among the largest Q1 bookings contributors, while recurrent consumer spending generated 84% of GAAP revenue.
Looking ahead, Take-Two maintained fiscal 2027 net bookings guidance of $8–$8.2 billion and expects Grand Theft Auto VI to launch on November 19, 2026.
