T1 Energy delivers Q2 sales of $250.1 million

T1 Energy (NYSE:TE) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $250.1 million, while G1_Dallas module production reached 935 MW and adjusted EBITDA was $10.7 million.

The company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $36.9 million, compared with adjusted EBITDA that included a $24.4 million tariff refund benefit recorded in cost of sales.

T1 Energy monetized $39.1 million of 2025 Section 45X tax credits during the quarter and ended June 30, 2026 with $156.4 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash, including $79.1 million in unrestricted cash.

The company expects Phase 1 of its 2.1 GW G2_Austin solar cell factory to require approximately $510 million in capital expenditure and forecasts first cell production in Q1 2027.

T1 Energy signed a 641 MW domestic-content module offtake contract with Clearway Energy Group, acquired Evervolt’s TOPCon solar intellectual property for $135 million, and completed the KORE Power acquisition.

The company also completed a $120 million 4.75% convertible notes offering due 2031 as it continues investing in solar manufacturing capacity and energy storage operations.
