SurgePays Q2 revenue rallies 40.7% to $16.2m

SurgePays (NASDAQ:SURG) reported Q2 revenue of $16.2 million, up 40.7%, while net income available to common stockholders reached $1.29 million.

Revenue increased from $11.52 million a year earlier, while earnings improved from a $7.08 million net loss in Q2 2025.

Q2 operating income was $3.45 million after an $8.51 million settlement gain, while first-half net loss reached $10.76 million.

Following the announcement, SurgePays' share price was down 8.8% at $0.2466 in premarket trading.

SurgePays formed Redline Wireless Group in August, giving the venture access to an executed network exceeding 20,000 independent prepaid dealers.

The company also reported July smartphone rent-to-own retailer sales of about $176,000, up 23% from $142,725 in June.
