Super League (NASDAQ:SLE), a creator and publisher of content experiences and media solutions across the world’s largest immersive platforms, today reported record-breaking financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.

The results mark a definitive pivot toward sustainable profitability, characterized by a restructured, debt-free balance sheet and significantly improved operating leverage.

For the full year 2025, Super League demonstrated substantial efficiency gains, with pro forma cash basis EBITDA improving 31% year-over-year.

The fourth quarter was particularly robust, showing a 56% EBITDA improvement and representing the company's strongest revenue quarter in its history.

These gains were underpinned by a disciplined focus on high-margin revenue streams, which propelled the company's consolidated gross margin to a healthy 40%.

The company’s balance sheet underwent a major transformation in 2025.

Super League exited the year entirely debt-free, holding a cash position of approximately $14 million.

This strengthened financial foundation has already paved the way for strategic M&A; the company recently announced a pending acquisition of the Misfits Ads Division.

Subject to stockholder approval, this acquisition is expected to significantly scale Super League's sales force and advertising inventory across the gaming and creator economy.

Operational highlights for the year included the closing of several high-profile brand programs and the successful diversification of revenue beyond traditional advertising into direct-to-avatar commerce and proprietary tech licensing.
