Super League Enterprise (NASDAQ:SLE) announced on January 7, 2026, the acquisition of Let’s Bounce (Bounce), a marketing-technology company specializing in scalable brand engagement within gaming and user-generated content (UGC) environments.

The transaction integrates Bounce’s turnkey in-game activations, loyalty mechanics, and advanced campaign measurement tools into Super League’s existing playable advertising and gamified content offerings.

Bounce brings a strong pipeline of opportunities and prior experience executing campaigns on Roblox, which reported 151.5 million daily active users as of September 30, 2025.

Super League stated that the integration is expected to enable accelerated campaign scaling, foster repeatable revenue streams, and advance the company’s path to profitability.

The co-founders of Bounce will join Super League and receive inducement equity grants subject to vesting conditions.
