Summit Therapeutics (NASDAQ:SMMT) reported a 0.76 overall-survival hazard ratio in its updated global Phase III HARMONi analysis submitted to the FDA.
The ratio improved from 0.79 in April 2025 and 0.78 in September 2025 as follow-up among western patients increased.
The June analysis included 23.2 months of western follow-up, but Summit has not disclosed updated median survival or confidence intervals.
Following the announcement, Summit Therapeutics's share price was up 8.3% at $14.63 in premarket trading.
Summit’s FDA application seeks approval for ivonescimab plus chemotherapy, with a regulatory decision targeted for November 14, 2026.
HARMONi previously showed median survival of 16.8 months versus 14.0 months and a statistically significant progression-free-survival benefit.
